Who We Are and What We Do

Pulsewpanda was established in Mombasa in 2014 as a family-owned local business serving residential and commercial clients along Kenya's coast. Over the decade since, we have completed more than 1,200 individual service engagements and built recurring arrangements with over 80 households and small businesses across Nyali, Bamburi, Kisauni, and Mombasa Island. Our work sits in three practical areas: appointment-based on-site services, standing service arrangements, and product sourcing for clients who want reliable supply without the effort of managing it themselves. We are a micro team — never larger than eight people at any one time — and we believe that size is a deliberate choice. It means every client has direct access to the people responsible for their work, and it means our standards do not erode as we grow. The clients we serve range from individual homeowners managing a single property to small business operators who depend on consistent, timely support to keep their premises and operations running smoothly.

Every engagement at Pulsewpanda begins with a direct conversation — a call or an on-site consultation — so we understand exactly what is needed before we commit to a scope of work. We do not outsource jobs to subcontractors: the people you meet during a quote are the people who deliver the service. Our primary coverage area is Mombasa Island, Nyali, Bamburi, and Kisauni; for enquiries beyond Mtwapa to the north or south of Likoni, we assess each case individually and will decline bookings where travel time would compromise the quality we expect of ourselves. We are also honest about specialisation: Pulsewpanda does not offer construction or structural work, legal or financial consulting, or technology installation services. If a client comes to us with a need outside our scope, we say so clearly and, where we can, point them toward a reliable Mombasa professional who does handle that category. Our approach is built on a teal-modern ethos — clean processes, clear communication, and no ambiguity about what you are paying for and what you will receive. That clarity, maintained consistently since 2014, is the reason our average client relationship now runs longer than four years.
